Amba Flex seeks a production leader to own daily injection molding operations in a fast-paced environment. You will drive safety, efficiency, and reliability while developing a high-performing team of operators and leads.
Reporting to the Injection Mold & Maintenance Manager, you will coordinate machines, molds and staffing to meet customer commitments and maintain audit-ready 6S and PPE practices. Strong background in molding processes, tooling, materials, and quality standards is essential.
