Production, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, Production Associate ​/ Production Line

• Reads and interprets work orders
• Able to perform production procedures for each part
• Able to meet quality standards
• Able to work at or above efficiency standards
• Able to follow detailed work instructions specific to production processes
• Able to follow set up instructions as assigned
• Will stop production and report to supervisor when in doubt about any production process
• Perform all work in strict accordance with Company Safety standards and good work safety practices
• Report any safety issues or concerns immediately
• Report to supervisor when all work is complete
• Abide by all company policies and directions regarding work hours.
• Be able to work overtime as necessary by Company Management.
• Must complete daily time cards accurately and thoroughly
• Must maintain good attendance record as stated in Employee Handbook
• Do not waste materials, supplies, tools or equipment
• Wear Company uniform that is provided as a benefit
• Maintains positive attitude and offers suggestions
• Follow other directions by Supervisor

High School Degree

Valid Driver’s License

• Ability to learn and follow directions
• Ability to read work orders.
• Be able to match correct procedure to part number
• Must be able to read a tape measure and take measurements in English and Metric
• Ability to perform simple shop math
• Must be able to identify and measure material.
• Ability to use hand tools and equipment as required for processes

• Day shift is 10-hrs with overtime as required night shift is 10 hrs. with overtime as required
• Stand-continuously
• Walk-occasionally
• Lift to/from floor-up to 50 lbs.
• Must lift above head occasionally
• Bend-frequently
• Must be able to push/pull wheeled carts with and without assistance
• Kneel or crouch frequently

Must wear, eye protection, safety shoes, company uniform. Must wear ear protection when necessary.
