You start your morning reviewing detailed prints, planning your weld sequence, and staging material in our 30,000+ sq. ft. facility. By mid-morning, you’re laying clean, consistent beads—switching between MIG and TIG as the job demands—on steel, stainless, and aluminum. After lunch, you’re fitting and assembling a complex weldment, confirming dimensions, and collaborating with our machinists so the part moves seamlessly to the next operation.

Before clocking out, you perform a repair weld on a critical component and safely relocate a finished assembly using an overhead crane.

What you’ll own Execute high-quality MIG and TIG welds on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

Fabricate to blueprints/drawings/specifications with minimal supervision

Read and interpret prints; determine welding sequences and fabrication approaches

Verify material sizes and final part dimensions; maintain tight tolerances

Inspect welds for quality, appearance, and dimensional accuracy

Fit, assemble, and fabricate welded components from start to finish

Perform repair welding on equipment and components as needed

Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely and responsibly

Provide technical input on potential welding jobs and fabrication methods

What you bring2+ years of professional welding/fabrication experience

Strong MIG proficiency; TIG experience and sound technique

Proven ability to weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

Excellent blueprint reading and layout skills

Accurate measuring, fitting, and fabrication capabilities

Hands-on familiarity with common welding/fabrication equipment

Nice to have: robotic welding or welding automation experience

Preferred but not required: programming or operating industrial robots

Curiosity about and interest in implementing new welding automation technology

Attention to weld quality and workmanship in every detail
