**** Forklift Operator– Converting Department
**** Baltimore, OH
**** Starting Pay: $25.96/hour*
* ** 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM*
* ** 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule | Union Facility*
* ** Quarterly Bonus Target: 10%

** We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who want more than just a forklift job.

This position offers the opportunity to learn our converting operations and progress from
** Forklift Operator → Machine Helper → Machine Operator**.
** What You'll Do:
**** Forklift Operator
*** Operate a sit-down forklift to safely transport finished products and materials throughout the mill.
* Package finished products according to customer specifications, including ticketing, banding, and wrapping.
* Transport products to various on-site warehouses.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
* Follow all safety policies and procedures.
* Complete computer-based safety training.
** Machine Helper
*** Assist Machine Operators with converting equipment and production activities.
* Learn machine parts, equipment setup, operation, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
* Monitor product quality and assist with adjustments as needed.
* Follow production standards and customer specifications.
* Support the operator in maintaining a safe and efficient work area.
** Machine Operator
*** Operate converting machinery safely and efficiently.
* Set up and adjust equipment to meet production and quality requirements.
* Monitor machine performance and product quality.
* Troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
* Complete required production documentation.
** What We're Looking For
*** Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
* Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and responsibilities.
* ** Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning machine parts and equipment.
*** Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to follow detailed safety and operating procedures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
** Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
** Job-specific training, including Powered Industrial Truck training, is provided.
