What you’ll work on Fabricate components per blueprints, drawings, and specs
Perform MIG and TIG welding across steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Lay out, fit, and assemble welded parts and structures
Check material sizes and final dimensions; uphold quality standards
Inspect welds for appearance and dimensional accuracy
Handle repair welding when equipment or components need it Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely
Offer technical perspectives on upcoming welding jobs
What makes you a strong fit2+ years of hands-on welding/fabrication experience
Strong MIG skills and proven TIG experience
Comfort with steel, stainless, and aluminum
Blueprint reading, layout, and fabrication proficiency
Accuracy in measuring, fitting, and assembly
Experience with common welding/fabrication tools and equipment
Bonus: robotic welding or automation background
Preferred (not required): programming/operating industrial robots
Motivation to learn and help implement welding automation technologies
Strong commitment to weld quality and workmanship
