Safety-focused Warehouse Operator supporting sustainable packaging operations. This on-site position involves operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, and stage paper-based packaging, container board, and recycling materials.
Key Responsibilities- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to transport materials
- Support production lines, shipping, and receiving activities
- Perform inventory control tasks to keep materials organized and accurate
- Load, stage, and prepare materials for downstream operations
- Complete basic quality checks to ensure material readiness
- Contribute to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a continuous improvement mindset
- Maintain strong focus on safety and sustainability practices
- Proven ability to operate forklifts and warehouse material-handling equipment
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and safe work practices
- Capability to support warehouse and production workflows (shipping/receiving, staging, inventory)
- Attention to detail for basic quality checks and material handling accuracy
- Willingness to learn and grow toward manufacturing, logistics, or supervisory responsibilities
