This role is a remote, full-time position (6-Month W2 Contract-to-Hire) with a leading children’s media and education company. The base pay range is $43.00/hr - $48.00/hr compensation includes weekly pay and full benefits (Health, Dental, Vision after ~60 days).

Role TitleBrand Strategy Manager — Work within the Brand Strategy team, reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Strategy. This is a high-impact, manager-level role intended for a marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is energized by brand storytelling, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Brand Management
:
Partner with the Senior Director to develop and implement holistic brand strategies that drive visibility and business impact across the enterprise; act as a strategic connector across departments to keep brand central to consumer-facing initiatives. - Integrated Marketing Campaigns
:
Support the planning and strategy of cross-channel campaigns that integrate brand, PR, cause marketing, social, digital, and content; ensure campaigns align with strategy and are executed across channels. - Content & Product Marketing
:
Develop messaging that reflects the brand’s tone and values, especially for parent-facing communications; shape go-to-market strategies for product launches and coordinate marketing execution with internal teams. - Influencer & Partnership Marketing
:
Lead and support co-branded activations with external partners and creators, from concept to rollout. - Customer Insights & Data
:
Manage external agencies to uncover actionable customer insights and map journeys; use data tools to track KPIs and synthesize insights to optimize initiatives. - Public Relations & Media
:
Support PR strategy, maintain media relationships, and manage outreach and press releases in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
:
Work with Direct-to-Customer, Retail, Creative, Social, and Email teams to align on strategy and execution; coordinate with external agencies and internal creatives for consistent messaging and design. - What Success Looks Like
:
Independently lead 1–2 high-impact strategic projects and translate vision into actionable plans and deliverables; drive a brand-first mindset across the consumer division.
- 5+ years in brand strategy, marketing, or communications roles
- Experience working with or alongside agency partners
- Skilled in campaign strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives with limited oversight
- Passion for mission-driven brands and storytelling that drives impact
- Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies across multiple channels
- Experience coordinating with internal teams and external partners
