The Manager, Brand and Customer Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, marketing initiatives, and customer nurturing that elevate our brand presence, optimize the customer journey, and drive lifetime value. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent customer-centric messaging and positioning across all marketing channels while meeting business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and analytical skills to bring the brand to life and foster customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Integrated Marketing Campaigns
:
Participate in strategy development for all cross-channel marketing campaigns that incorporate brand, PR, Cause Marketing, digital, social, and content strategies to ensure maximum impact and cohesion. Ensure execution of seasonal campaigns maps back to strategy across all channels. - Customer Nurturing
:
Leverage customer data to develop and execute nurturing strategies that drive productivity and retention while meeting business goals. - Public Relations
:
Assist in the development of public relations strategies and manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and other key partners. Manage press releases, media outreach, and brand reputation management to drive positive coverage and increase brand awareness. - Analytics & Performance Tracking
:
Use data and analytics tools to track customer behavior, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of brand and customer strategies. Provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing efforts and ensure ROI. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
:
Work closely with consumer business channel leads, product development, and other internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of brand and customer initiatives. Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed.
- 5-7 years of experience in brand management, customer strategy, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, public relations, and consumer behavior
- Experience in developing customer nurturing and retention strategies.
- Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital, and print.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand strategies and ideas clearly.
- Ability to think strategically while executing at the tactical level to drive results.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach to challenges and opportunities.
- Critical thinking and the ability to approach challenges with a strategic mindset, analyze data, and identify effective solutions to drive marketing success.
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to present ideas, updates, and strategies in meetings and through email/reports.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and independent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by leveraging strong multitasking, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
