Responsibilities
- Melakukan riset, seleksi, dan pengelolaan database KOL (mikro hingga mega) yang relevan dengan target pasar
- Menegosiasikan rate, kontrak, dan deliverables (feed, reels, review, live shopping)
- Menyusun brief serta mengoordinasikan seeding/PR package kepada KOL
- Mengeksekusi campaign sesuai dengan brief, brand tone, dan timeline yang ditetapkan
- Menjalin dan mengelola kemitraan dengan brand, vendor dan lainnya.
- Memantau dan menganalisis performa campaign (reach, engagement, ROI) serta menyusun laporan berkala
- Memonitor tren industri beauty dan aktivitas kompetitor
- Pengalaman di bidang KOL/influencer marketing, diutamakan dari industri beauty
- Memiliki jaringan KOL beauty yang luas
- Kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan manajemen proyek yang baik
- Memahami tren platform digital (Tik Tok, Instagram) dan komunitas beauty di Indonesia
- Berorientasi pada data dan terbiasa menggunakan tools analytics
