Social Media Community Manager

• Monitor social media channels and engage with consumers on behalf of assigned brands
• Identify social trends and content inspiration to generate, recommend, and develop social media content ideas
• Capture content as needed to support social content plans and make minor design edits
• Publish and boost social media posts across relevant channels
• Develop and report community insights using inbound social activity and external social listening
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain social media response guidelines and best practices
• Monitor and report on competitive social media activity
• Research and vet social media influencers for activations and content opportunities
• Ensure social media activations follow established policies and guidelines
• Escalate social media crisis events and communicate potential impacts to cross-functional teams
• Support new social channel launches by developing plans and documenting requirements for successful execution

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of community management experience
• Strong knowledge of social media best practices and current social media trends
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders
• Familiarity with social content creation tools, including native social media editing tools, Cap Cut, and Adobe Express
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with changing and complex demands
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive and independent approach to work
