Collaborates across departments to ensure cohesive and effective content and campaign strategies.

Essential Functions:

Leads the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for assigned area, leveraging relevant data-driven insights.

Provides oversight and direction for marketing projects, campaigns, and teams, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business goals.

Remains informed of recent marketing trends to continuously improve strategies and processes.

Identifies and streamlines marketing processes, ensuring optimized efficiency for all project and campaign efforts.

Collaborates with internal marketing teams, external third-party vendors, and other stakeholders to devise effective marketing strategies.

Analyzes and monitors data and reports to drive marketing decisions and ensure continual achievement of business objectives.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field, required.

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.

Effective problem-solving and project management skills.

Experience:

Five years of marketing, communication, or equivalent experience, developing and implementing strategic plans, required.

Project management or leadership experience, required.

Healthcare experience, preferred.
