Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coach Navigator team members.
- Manage program budgets and administrative functions.
- Review client records for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to grant and agency requirements.
- Implement quality assurance measures and prepare reports.
- Bi-lingual in written and oral Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years in program management, case management, or related human services role; supervisory experience required.
- Typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.
- In community as needed for essential responsibilities, including extended evening hours and occasional weekend events.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

- Hourly Rate: $52,000 - $58,000 annually, depending on qualifications
