• Supervise and coach Navigator team members.
• Manage program budgets and administrative functions.
• Review client records for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to grant and agency requirements.
• Implement quality assurance measures and prepare reports.

• Bi-lingual in written and oral Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in program management, case management, or related human services role; supervisory experience required.

• Typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.
• In community as needed for essential responsibilities, including extended evening hours and occasional weekend events.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
