International Friendships, Inc. is a growing faith‑based organization whose mission is to extend life‑changing hospitality and friendship to international college students. We offer services such as airport pickups, holiday hosting, temporary housing, conversation partnerships, and social events and trips.

• Full‑ or part‑time, flexible schedule
• Occasional evenings and/or weekends for specific events/projects
• Attendance at several conferences each year, including IFI Staff Retreats
• Pay range: $25,709 – $80,000 per year after the period of support development, based on experience and other factors
• Payment supported by a ministry partner team providing prayer and financial support

• Staff care to support mental, social, and spiritual health for all staff

• Network with local, regional, and national like‑minded organizations/churches to form partnerships or affiliations that grow impact and add IFI locations.
• Work with faith‑based universities and seminaries to maximize IFI’s presence.
• Build presence in social media groups for those interested in service to international students.
• Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships for the budgeted needs of the role by sharing the vision of the ministry.
• Maintain personal involvement in ISM (e.g., being part of a bible discussion group, mentoring an international student, or participating in ISM activities/events).

• Adherence to IFI’s statement of faith, core values, and policies.
• Faithful, loyal, and dedicated to IFI’s mandate to extend hospitality and friendship to international students.
• Self‑starter, able to work independently, as well as a team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including building and maintaining a large network of contacts from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient with technology (Microsoft Office, Google applications, social media).
• Committed to spreading the faith of God by creating partnerships with groups and individuals.

• Demonstrated experience in liaising and networking with people from diverse backgrounds and settings.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cross‑cultural experience preferred.
