• Taking full ownership of parent relationships—from initial contact through sustained engagement—at a single campus.
• Leading persuasive information sessions and individual discussions that convert interested parents into dedicated advocates.
• Acting as the central parent contact—addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels acknowledged and supported once enrolled.
• Establishing credibility and visibility through consistent on-site engagement, local community partnerships, and deliberate outreach efforts.
• Mobilizing parent advocates to generate referrals and expand community influence.

• Rely on formulaic sales scripts or impersonal outreach strategies.
• Transfer relationship development to campus staff or assume a passive role.
• Allow organized parent coalitions to compromise or reshape Alpha’s educational approach.
• Operate remotely—this position is fully integrated into the parent journey and local community.

Lead enrollment growth and family retention at your campus by managing high-trust parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and advocacy.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
• Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
