Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery provides comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor, birth, and immediate postpartum. They monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, manage complications, and assist physicians during deliveries. The nurse offers emotional support and education to patients and families throughout the birthing process. They ensure safe clinical practices, maintain accurate documentation, and promote a positive childbirth experience.
