Services include sleep consultations, in‑laboratory and home sleep testing, CPAP education, sleep surgery evaluations, and alternative therapies like dental devices and GLP‑1 medication‑assisted weight management.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Nurse Practitioner role located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive sleep health assessments, manage and treat patients with various sleep disorders, and develop personalized care plans. Responsibilities will also include performing follow‑ups, providing education on treatment options such as CPAP therapy, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Regular communication with patients and families is essential to enhance their understanding of sleep health and compliance with treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Licensure or certification as a Nurse Practitioner with a specialization or interest in sleep medicine
  • Strong clinical skills in patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Experience or knowledge in using diagnostic tools like CPAP therapy, sleep studies, or home sleep testing
  • Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with managing complex sleep‑related conditions such as insomnia, sleep apnea, and other disorders
  • Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced on‑site environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, with relevant training for advanced practice roles
  • Prior experience in sleep medicine or a related field is advantageous but not required
