Training Supervisor

About the Role

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

Bio Life Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.

• Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross-training and annual re-certification training.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process.
• Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet their performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures.
• Consult and refer to management team for escalated donor/employee concerns.
• Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
• Physical requirements:
  
  frequent bending and reaching, ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting up to 32 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens.

U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $22.19 - $30.51
