** Position Requirements - What You Need to Know Before Applying**
* ** Full-Time Commitment:
** This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week).
* ** Shift Availability:
** Shifts may begin as early as 7:30 AM and may end as late as 5:30 PM. You must be available to work shifts within this range.
* ** Reliable Transportation:
** You
** must
* * have reliable transportation to travel locally to our satellite offices around the I-270. Mileage reimbursement is available for eligible midday travel.#
** What You'll Do
** As an LPN at COUG, you’ll be a cornerstone of our clinical team - where your skills, dedication, and compassion directly impact patient care and outcomes.
*** Your role will include:
**** Managing provider schedules and directing patient flow
* Handling the medication/script line and routing messages as needed
* Preparing rooms and assisting providers during in-office procedures
* Educating patients and answering questions within your scope of practice
* Reporting any adverse medication events to providers
* Contributing to the daily success of the clinic through teamwork and initiative#

** What You Bring
*** Current LPN license in the State of Ohio (required)
* 1+ year of LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred
* Experience in urology or a surgical specialty is a plus
* An innate ability to think critically, act decisively, and maintain calm focus in a fast-paced environment#
