Week 1 – Monday & Saturday
Week 2 – Tuesday & Sunday
Shift
Hours:
Day time, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Summary of Duties:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) staff serve as the shift supervisor and team leader, coordinating resident care, assigning tasks to Care Partners, and monitoring the Wellness Department. LPNs are also responsible for resident decisions in the absence of the Executive Director and Director of Nursing. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Must be a licensed nurse in the State of Ohio
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Good physical health, free of communicable diseases; ability to lift 40 lb and handle medication carts
- Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire and upon supervisor request
- Experience in Assisted Living preferred
Salary: $27 - $29 per hour
