Salary $140k + $10k Bonus

• Compensation: $140k
• Bonus:
  Up to $10k year 1 and goes up as a partner.
• 18 patients a day
• Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday work schedule;
  Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
• Work/Life Balance

• Administrative time included in schedule
• No nights or weekends
• 100% outpatient
• Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/)

  Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
