7a-7p, or 7p-7a****$5,000 sign on bonus!! (50% paid at 30 days and 50% paid at 90 days.)
**** The Role Itself
*** Assesses and plan patient care within set time frames, documenting nursing findings according to policies.
* Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
* Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies, and maintains empathy and respect in interactions.
* Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ensures accurate transcription and administration of physician orders.
* Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.
* Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows detox protocol, and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
