A leading anesthesia group in the Columbus, Ohio area is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its vibrant outpatient team. Key Responsibilities- Deliver anesthesia for outpatient surgical procedures, with a significant focus on pediatric ENT, alongside orthopedics, plastics, and general surgery.
- Conduct thorough preoperative assessments to develop tailored anesthesia plans.
- Monitor and manage patient care during procedures to ensure safety and effective pain control.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to provide seamless care.
- Stay abreast of advancements in anesthesia practices, particularly in pediatric care, to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain detailed, compliant patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Flexible hours: 32-40 hours per week, with full-time or part-time options available.
- Standard hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. - No nights, weekends, or major holidays, ensuring ample time for personal and family life.
