Harmony Gardens Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care and clinical oversight for our residents. Responsibilities- Assess and monitor resident health and well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition.
- Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, and families.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident concerns.
- Supervise and support caregivers and medication aides.
- Participate in resident assessments and service plan reviews.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
- Promote infection prevention and safety practices.
- Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or senior living.
- Experience supervising caregivers or direct care staff.
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience.
