Minimum Qualifications For Hire:
Graduation from recognized practical nurse program, current Ohio LPN license and certification in intravenous medication administration. Previous patient care experience preferred On going:
Maintains current Ohio license and intravenous medication certification. Maintains competence in technical, interpersonal and cognitive skills required to meet essential job functions. Meets mandatory educational and health requirements. ## Additional Information:

The LPN provides patient care as assigned under the direction of the RN or LIP. The LPN provides care in collaboration with the patient, family, and other members of the patient care team.
