Integrative Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and build meaningful patient relationships within a supportive clinical team.

Ideal for an NP seeking part-time work or looking to gain experience in private practice, with a collaborating physician, training, and on-site clinical support provided.

Your Role

• Provide primary care, preventive visits, and chronic disease management.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients.
• Order and interpret testing, prescribe within your scope, and coordinate referrals.
• Collaborate with our medical and behavioral health clinicians.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Who We’re Looking For

An Ohio-licensed Family or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who is dependable, personable, and motivated to grow with the practice. Primary care experience is preferred; newer NPs with a strong clinical foundation and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
