Job Summary:Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse - MS/Tele for our client in Columbus, OH 43210. This is a 16 weeks contract assignment.

Columbus, OH 43210 Duration: 16 weeks
Work Schedule:
Days & Night | 7AM-7:30 PM / 7PM-7:30AM Pay rate:
Local - $60/hr. and Traveller: $67/hr ($2412/wk.) Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric medical oncology patients in a high-acuity Med Surg/Telemetry unit. Oncology experience is preferred but not required.
- Assess patients, monitor conditions, and document care using EPIC.
- Administer medications, blood products, and prescribed treatments.
- Manage IVs, central lines, PICCs, and telemetry monitoring.
- Recognize cardiac rhythm changes and respond to emergencies.
- Follow infection-prevention and fall-prevention protocols.
- Float to other Med Surg/Telemetry units as required.
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient nursing experience, with current, consistent acute-care experience in the specialty within the last 12 months.
- Active Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at submission.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- EPIC charting experience required.
