Floating RN; Dialysis Cross-Clinic

Fresenius Medical Care in Columbus is seeking an entry level RN to join the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). The Floating RN role supports multiple clinics, providing assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients during hemodialysis sessions.

You will collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians, document care plans, administer medications as prescribed, participate in teaching, and help ensure quality outcomes.
