Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown
LocationColumbus, OH | Acute Care
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | 19:00–07:30
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/Step-Down unit during night shift hours
- Manage patients requiring CPAP/BiPAP support and medication titrations
- Float within the facility as needed across applicable units
- Serve in a charge nurse capacity on nights when required
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition in a high-acuity intermediate care environment
- Active RN license – valid compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of PCU/Step-Down or comparable nursing experience
- Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
- Locals are welcome and accepted
- Comfort and prior experience with CPAP/BiPAP management
- Experience with medication titrations in an intermediate or progressive care setting
- Prior charge nurse experience on a night shift
