Traveling Nurse

At AOM Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling RN Director of Nursing to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and guidance to our nursing staff while traveling to various healthcare facilities throughout the state.

• Provide clinical direction and leadership to nursing staff at assigned facilities
• Develop and implement effective quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

• Travel to various healthcare facilities within Ohio to provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
• Conduct assessments of patient care practices and develop improvements strategies
• Develop and implement staff development programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
• Participate in budget development and management for assigned facilities
• Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and collaboration among nursing staff

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to various locations throughout Ohio
