Staff RN – Medical Surgical
Provide compassionate, evidence-based bedside nursing care for medical surgical patients. Coordinate and implement individualized treatment plans by administering medications, monitoring patient status, and recognizing/reporting changes in condition.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on safety and quality
- Administer medications and perform prescribed nursing interventions
- Monitor vital signs and overall clinical status; escalated concerns appropriately
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support effective care delivery
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
- Maintain adherence to clinical standards, policies, and best practices
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient education
