• Base pay from $18.50/hr.
• Snow premiums: +$2/hr. for shoveling PLUS 25% snow bonus paid at the end of the snow season.

• Salt, and/or shovel snow.
• Trim, edge, mulch, spring and fall clean‑ups.
• Maintain quality and safety in all work.
• Communicate with dispatch during weather events.
• Work on‑call during winter storms (nights/weekends as needed).

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
• Reliable work ethic and urgency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and adaptable.
• Spanish bilingual skills valued.

Fulltime

Approx. 40 hrs per week (weather dependent). 10‑hour shifts, weekends as needed.
