Zenni Optical seeks an Optical Quality Technician to test, document, and route non-conforming lenses in our manufacturing facility. You will use precision instruments to inspect lenses, identify root causes, and record defect metrics to support fast customer remakes and reliable quality data.
Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will log defect metrics into LMS, generate remake tickets, and help drive continuous improvement through weekly reviews and cross-functional collaboration.
