QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE – CHOCOLATE FACTORY
Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours:
4:30 PM – 1:00 AM Language Requirement:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Schedule:
M-F Pay: $17.00/ HR
We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Quality Assurance Associate to help ensure chocolate products meet quality, safety, and production standards.

Inspect chocolate products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
Communicate with production employees in both English and Spanish to support quality control and food safety procedures.
Responsibilities- Inspect chocolate products for quality, appearance, and packaging accuracy
- Monitor production processes and identify quality issues
- Document inspection results and report concerns to supervisors
- Communicate quality standards and procedures to team members in English and Spanish
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic documentation and computer skills preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
- Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements
- No jewelry, fake nails, or fake eyelashes
- Long-sleeve shirts required
- Follow all onsite hygiene and safety procedures
