Position Overview

We are seeking a sharp, versatile Real Estate Portfolio Manager to take ownership of property management operations in Ohio and support our ambitious growth through strategic property acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Property Management
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of OAK+ELM’s Ohio commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Manage vendor relationships, maintenance schedules, and property budgets.
  • Develop and execute plans to maximize property value and optimize performance.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Acquisitions
  • Research and identify potential property acquisitions that align with OAK+ELM’s strategic objectives.
  • Perform market analysis and financial modeling to evaluate acquisition opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to negotiate and execute property transactions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship‑building.

  • Proven experience in commercial property management and/or real estate acquisitions.
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for numbers—you can crunch financial models and spot opportunities others might overlook.

  • Real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
