The Leasing Consultant is an entry‑level sales position responsible for completing all activities related to the community’s sales, marketing, and apartment leasing process. The role is pivotal to the success of a multifamily property, working closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance Staff to optimize financial performance and deliver a quality of life to residents that justifies the rents.

• This is an entry‑level sales position; no previous leasing experience required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Office experience preferred.
• The ability to commute to and from work.
• The ability to pass a background check.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full‑time position: hours 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, 4 days during the week, and most Saturdays 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.
