Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to oversee all leasing efforts for Nazareth Towers
, a 208‑unit senior community located in Columbus’ medical district. The role involves presenting the property and amenities to prospective tenants, advertising available units, assessing prospective residents’ needs, managing rental applications, and maintaining market knowledge.

• Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
• Advertise available units using a variety of media and promotional materials
• Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospective residents
• Confirm rental application data and personal references
• Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed and/or deemed appropriate by Community Director

Qualified candidates will, at minimum, have a High School Diploma (or GED), a strong customer‑service background, and basic computer skills. Preference will be given to applicants with HUD knowledge and experience. The position requires strong organization, multitasking ability, excellent communication and closing skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude. A professional image must be maintained by following dress code and appearance standards as set forth in the employee handbook.
