We are searching for a Property Manager to join our Property Management team. This position is responsible for directing and overseeing the overall operations of their apartment communities within an assigned geographical area. The right person will provide exceptional leadership, direction, and support to their team. You will also need to be well‑versed in sales, marketing, and analytical reporting as a goal is to produce the maximum cash flow and improve the property’s long‑term value.

Responsibilities
  • Point person for all leasing activities including inbound inquiries, lead management, appointment scheduling, lease signing, and renewals
  • First point of contact for tenants
  • Ensure property marketing is current, accurate, and relevant
  • Direct activities of on‑site personnel and ensure resident requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Conduct routine site inspections ensuring great curb appeal across the portfolio
  • Maintain accurate records with Appfolio Property Management software
  • Drive profitability by overseeing collection of rent and other income and identifying expense savings opportunities
  • Assist with monthly reconciliations and reimbursements for properties and renovation projects
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills & entrepreneurial mindset
  • 2+ years in property management or a similar customer‑service oriented role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Property Management Software
  • Bonus eligible
