Job Opportunity

This position offers a base salary range of $99,067 - $165,114 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

Locate, research, and secure the BEST locations in an assigned market area to insure the long-term growth of the company and financial success of the company.

• Develop a strategic real estate plan with key Targets for each assigned market.
• Identify potential sites and their suitability through research.
• Present sites to Regional Real Estate Director and Executive Committee.
• Build a network of landowners, members of the development community, consultants, and Operations department to leverage in finding and selecting the BEST locations.
• Anticipate all stakeholders needs throughout a project and recommend solutions.
• Negotiate agreements with owners.
• Attend agency meetings for various approvals and project a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Coordinate the municipal approval process with the Permit Manager.
• Meet established corporate growth goals.
• Analyze competition.
• Analyze new markets.
• Prepare documents and interact with corporate real estate counsel.
• Direct media inquiries to the appropriate people.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related field required

• Minimum 4 years relevant commercial real estate experience required

• Valid Drivers license required
