Monarch Investment and Management Group in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team. This full-time role pays $19.00-$23.00 per hour plus a $100.00 commission on new lease signings, plus tuition reimbursement and full benefits.
You will greet and lease apartments, maintain model units, manage daily marketing, and support the Assistant Property Manager in resident relations. Prior multifamily or sales experience preferred;
Yardi knowledge is a plus.
