Reafco is an investment-focused real estate brokerage specializing in single-family and multifamily residential properties throughout Ohio. Our agents work with investors and homeowners across multiple markets while developing long-term market knowledge and transaction expertise.

We are seeking licensed real estate professionals interested in working within a production-based environment focused on residential and investment properties.

• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
• Prospect through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Analyze properties using market data and investment metrics
• Attend property walkthroughs, inspections, and due diligence processes
• Build long-term client relationships

• Active Ohio real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a performance-based role
• Experience in sales or outbound prospecting preferred but not required
• Interest in residential and investment-focused real estate
