As a Server Assistant, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre‑bussing tables and helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting guests and running food and drink orders. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all‑out fun.
• Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action.
• Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members.
• Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated Guests.
• Assess Guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager.
• Ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables, as well as other sections in the restaurant, as needed.
• Follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure food is delivered timely and correctly.
• Ensure ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food and responding to Guest needs in a timely manner.
• Offer assistance to Guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and/or close.
• Support Server with greeting newly seated Guests in a friendly and timely manner, when necessary.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation.
• Work quickly and efficiently adhering to “Full hands in, Full hands out” philosophy.
• Assist other Team Members as needed or as business dictates.
• Keep station clean, set up and take down station tables appropriately.
• Buss and reset tables as needed.
• Assist in party set up and breakdown.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
• Be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience.
• Be able to read and communicate in English.
• Listen to hear Guests’ orders and needs, and then communicate with Guests verbally and with other Team Members.
• Dress in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Compensation is from $5.25 – $10 per hour.
