Shift managers learn all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders and then direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation, customer relations, maintenance, team and inventory management, and other tasks as required.

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment (preferred).
