Shift leader, Restaurant​/Food Service

We have an opening for a Shift Leader position. The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing. Overview:

Shift Leaders at Chick-fil-A Polaris are responsible for day to day task management of restaurant systems, engaging and solving customer concerns and issues, and the supervision of team member shifts and duties. A shift leader is also responsible for implementing and abiding by the Chick-fil-A culture, goals and brand vision.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

* Maintains a positive working relationships and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback

* Owning and managing daily, weekly and monthly goals

* Strictly adheres to all company policies and procedures

* Engaging and resolving customer complaints

* Managing day to day business activities, shift organization and restaurant needs

* Managing team member performance and staffing needs

* Managing day to day cash responsibilities

* Overseeing daily inventory needs

* Executing catering orders and unique customer needs

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues
