As an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) of Logistics, you’ll take a leading role in bringing Wayfair’s retail vision to life within a high-performing, customer‑centric environment.   1+ year leading teams of 10-30+ people.
• Team Motivation: 2+ years motivating high‑performing teams, preferably in visual merchandising and brand presentation (store leader, manager, or trainer roles).
• Retail Background: 3+ years of retail experience, ideally in home goods, furnishings, or interior design.
• Inventory & Logistics:
  Experience managing shipments, quality checks, inventory organization, and returns/exceptions handling.
