Columbus, OH| Sales Associate – Weekly Pay + Training Provided
[THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE]
We’re hiring Sales Associates to represent national brands at events, retail locations, and pop-up campaigns across Columbus. We provide full training from day one.
What You’ll Do- Talk with customers face-to-face in retail/event settings
- Explain products and services in simple, clear language
- Help customers choose the right option and complete sign-ups
- Work toward daily/weekly sales goals with full team support
- Weekly pay:
Base + uncapped commission - OTE $60K–$75K+ in year one (top performers higher)
- Paid training and 1-on-1 coaching
