Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Maintain the sales floor and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards.

Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.

Assist with planogram changes, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising.

Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners.

Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.

Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Leader.

What You'll Need

Previous retail experience, especially if you love music and pop culture.

Strong customer service and sales skills.

Minimum age of 16 years.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
