Job DescriptionAs a Delivery Driver, you’ll use company‑provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers. This role offers career stability and growth opportunities, no Commercial Driver’s License is required, and you will help maintain a safe and efficient delivery process while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice, and offering installation services.
- Collaborate closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
- Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
- Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers and loading/unloading parts accurately per route schedules.
- Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
- Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
- Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
- Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through Auto Zone systems, maintain delivery vehicles, and report any issues promptly.
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and adherence to Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
- Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
- Full‑time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in automotive retail.
- Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
