At Panacea Luxury Spa Boutique, located in the Quarry Trails development park, we are expanding our Wellness Guide team! Join us in a unique spa environment that offers natural health and wellness services, stunning lake views, luxury amenities, and a focus on Oncology Therapeutics.

Job Overview

We seek team players who love helping others, are reliable, positive, and professional. Wellness Guides are the face of our spa, managing front desk operations, overseeing retail, assisting clients, and maintaining the spa's cleanliness and ambiance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; candidates 21+ are ideal, but we consider some high school/college applicants.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Availability for 6-8 hour shifts, including at least one weekend day.
• Willingness to learn and perform multiple roles in reception, retail, and concierge services.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and personable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early and stay late as scheduled for opening/closing duties.
• Prepare for appointments, confirm bookings, and assist guests with various needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Assist with retail and treatment room upkeep, and provide tours and beverages to guests.
• Promote spa services and products, and support the team as needed.
