Lead Operations Associate (Part‑time)

Location: Columbus, Ohio (on‑site)

Schedule: Hours will vary depending on business need. Flexible shifts including extended day/night and occasional weekends or holidays are required.

• Process customer lottery ticket orders in an organized and systematic manner as the primary ticket processor.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for our retail and fulfillment location.
• Maintain shelf replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
• Ensure in‑store equipment remains in good operating condition and troubleshoot technical issues on printing/scanning equipment.
• Escalate issues, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner to the supervisor on duty.
• Participate in special ad‑hoc projects as needed.
• Adhere to established operating procedures to maintain quality standards.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail operations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including extended shifts and occasional weekends or holidays.
• An interest in general operations management.

• Grit, tenacity, and a “get it done” mentality; no task is too big or too small.
• Full ownership of work with a commitment to quality and no cutting corners.
