The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and driving profitable sales by providing proactive consultative assistance and support. The role includes maintaining a clean, in-stock, well-merchandised sales floor and performing sales-support activities. Candidates must have availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts for full-time roles, with flexible scheduling for part-time positions.

The Retail Sales Associate will also:

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using approved selling practices and guidelines.

Meet or exceed associate performance standards consistently.

Understand website navigation and leverage technology to enhance the customer experience, especially when products are not available in-store.

Maintain current knowledge of merchandise, including features, benefits, availability, and service options.

Process customer transactions accurately in the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns, and exchanges.

Complete required training within the designated timeframe and participate in ongoing learning.

Collaborate with other sales associates and cashiers to provide superior customer service.

Perform other duties as assigned
